We've launched Version 2.5 of the Registration Web App! This self-service tool allows test-takers to register, pay, and complete their certification and licensure exams online and from home.
This update specifically focused on standardizing the onboarding and launch processes for our customers.
Previously, we managed multiple versions of the Registration Web App system and launched a client with the version that most matched their needs. For example, an organization that simply wanted to collect exam payment online and instantly enroll test-takers into an online exam would have been matched with a basic version of the system. Alternatively, an organization that needed more advanced grading and reporting features would have been matched with a version built with that functionality.
To provide the best experience for all organizations, we've decided to upgrade our existing customers and launch all new customers going forward on the same state-of-the-art Registration Web App version.
