Everblue provides software, workforce development, training, testing, program implementation, and related professional services to government agencies, utilities, educational institutions, employers, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individual consumers.
Depending on the services you use, we may collect, receive, store, process, and share Personal Data necessary to deliver those services. The Personal Data we collect varies by service and may include:
- Name, address, email address, telephone number, and other contact information
- Account registration and authentication information
- Payment and billing information
- Employment, education, certification, licensure, and training records
- Examination registration information and examination results
- Program eligibility and enrollment information
- Government-issued identification information
- Accommodation requests and supporting documentation

Service Provider Relationships
In many cases, Everblue acts as a service provider, processor, contractor, or vendor on behalf of a government agency, utility, employer, educational institution, certification body, licensing authority, or other sponsoring organization ("Sponsor"). In such circumstances, the Sponsor determines the purposes for which Personal Data is collected and used, and Everblue processes Personal Data according to the Sponsor's instructions and applicable agreements.
Testing and Examination Services
When administering certification, licensure, workforce credentialing, academic, employment, or other examinations, Everblue may collect examination registration information, identity verification information, testing records, examination responses, examination scores, and related information necessary to administer, score, validate, and report examination results.
Depending on Sponsor requirements, candidates may be required to provide government-issued identification, photographs, signatures, biometric information, audio recordings, video recordings, or other identity verification information.
Online Proctoring Services
When examinations are administered through online proctoring services, Everblue may collect and record webcam video, audio, screen activity, photographs, keystroke patterns, identity verification information, workspace scans, and other information necessary to verify identity, maintain examination security, investigate incidents, and protect the integrity of the testing process.
Workforce Development and Training Services
For workforce development programs, apprenticeship programs, training programs, continuing education programs, and similar services, Everblue may collect information related to enrollment, attendance, course participation, educational background, employment status, certifications, credentials, program outcomes, and related records necessary to administer and evaluate the program.
Program Administration Services
For government, utility, nonprofit, and other program administration services, Everblue may collect information necessary to determine eligibility, administer benefits, process applications, manage participants, conduct quality assurance activities, perform reporting, and fulfill contractual obligations on behalf of sponsoring organizations.
Software and Technology Services
Everblue provides software platforms and technology services that may collect account information, system usage information, user-generated content, transaction records, audit logs, device information, and related data necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the platform.
Accommodation Requests
Where accommodations are requested for testing, training, employment, or program participation, Everblue may collect health-related documentation and supporting information necessary to evaluate and implement reasonable accommodations in accordance with Sponsor requirements and applicable laws.
Data Retention
Everblue retains Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy Sponsor requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the service provided and applicable legal, regulatory, accreditation, or contractual requirements.
Providing Personal Data
Providing Personal Data is generally voluntary; however, certain information may be required in order to register for, participate in, access, or receive services. Failure to provide required information may limit or prevent participation in certain services, programs, examinations, training activities, software platforms, or other offerings.
