Queensland Traffic Offenders Program (QTOP), founded in 2006, became the most recognized road safety education program in Southeast Queensland through in-person training sessions in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

As demand grew beyond these regions, founder Lara Hickling saw an opportunity to expand—but also a major challenge.

With increasing interest from regional Queensland, Lara wanted to grow the program without sacrificing quality or compliance.
