Everblue, a leading provider of professional development training and institutional testing and licensure systems, has announced that it has engaged with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) to modernize the state's pesticide licensing operations through its end-to-end digital testing and certification platform.
The partnership will transition LDAF's pesticide licensing examinations from paper-based district office processes to a centralized digital system, enabling inspectors to redirect resources toward field work while improving the experience for licensees across multiple categories, including landscape architects, structural/anti-microbial operators, and florists.
Everblue's solutions will automate application management, digitize renewal processes, and establish centralized inspection scheduling—replacing the legacy systems and manual workflows currently in place. The platform will maintain paper-based examination options at LDAF headquarters during the transition period.
"We're proud to support Louisiana's commitment to modernizing government operations," said Ian O’Brien, exams manager at Everblue. "This partnership demonstrates the real-world impact our licensing and certification systems can have on regulatory efficiency."
