The new platform will support core workflows across the manufactured housing ecosystem, including:
- Titling and permits
- Professional licensing
- Manufactured home park administration
- Compliance management
- Public title search access
The system is designed to centralize operations for both internal staff and external users, improving consistency and reducing reliance on fragmented legacy processes.
Improving Access Through a Unified Digital Platform
The solution introduces a modern, user-centered experience with features that include:
- Role-based access controls
- Online application submission and review workflows
- Document upload and management tools
- Online payment processing
- Reporting and analytics dashboards
- Mobile compatibility for field and office users
These capabilities are intended to streamline day-to-day operations while improving accessibility for applicants, staff, and the public.

A key enhancement of the system is a public-facing title search database.
Users will be able to search records by:
- Serial number
- Owner name
- Business name
- Manufactured home park
- Physical address
