Everblue has partnered with the Nevada Housing Division to replace and modernize its manufactured housing management system with a secure, web-based platform designed to improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery across multiple program areas.
Modernizing Core Housing Administration Workflows
The new platform will support core workflows across the manufactured housing ecosystem, including:
- Titling and permits
- Professional licensing
- Manufactured home park administration
- Compliance management
- Public title search access
The system is designed to centralize operations for both internal staff and external users, improving consistency and reducing reliance on fragmented legacy processes.
Improving Access Through a Unified Digital Platform
The solution introduces a modern, user-centered experience with features that include:
- Role-based access controls
- Online application submission and review workflows
- Document upload and management tools
- Online payment processing
- Reporting and analytics dashboards
- Mobile compatibility for field and office users
These capabilities are intended to streamline day-to-day operations while improving accessibility for applicants, staff, and the public.
Enabling Transparent Public Title Search Capabilities
A key enhancement of the system is a public-facing title search database.
Users will be able to search records by:
- Serial number
- Owner name
- Business name
- Manufactured home park
- Physical address
This upgrade significantly improves transparency and reduces friction in accessing critical housing records.
Strengthening Data Integrity Through Migration and Validation
A key component of the project is structured data migration and validation, including:
- Preservation of historical records
- Cleaning and validating legacy data
- Secure transfer into the new platform
This ensures continuity while improving long-term data reliability and usability.
Supporting Implementation, Training, and Long-Term Success
The implementation scope includes full lifecycle support:
- Discovery and system configuration
- Training materials development
- Go-live planning and execution
- Post-launch stabilization and support
- Phased deployment aligned to contract milestones
This approach ensures a controlled rollout that supports both operational stability and user adoption.
Enhancing Service Delivery for Nevada’s Housing Programs
“The project will help the Division improve workflows, strengthen data integrity, and deliver a more streamlined experience for staff, applicants, and the public,” said Jeff Haag, at Everblue.
Building a Scalable Platform for Future Growth
The system is expected to support Nevada’s current workload while providing flexibility to scale as program needs evolve.
By modernizing core housing administration infrastructure, the partnership positions the state for long-term efficiency, improved service delivery, and more resilient program operations.
