Huntersville, NC — June 18, 2026 — Everblue announced today that it has been awarded a contract for Technology Solutions, Products and Services through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a nationally recognized government purchasing cooperative administered by Texas Region 8 Education Service Center. The award marks Everblue's second active TIPS contract, adding a dedicated technology vehicle to complement its existing Academic and Educational Goods and Services contract awarded in October 2025.

The five-year agreement enables public entities and qualifying nonprofit organizations across all 50 states to procure Everblue's technology solutions, products, and services without the time and cost of conducting an independent competitive procurement process. TIPS cooperative contracts are widely used by school districts, state agencies, higher education institutions, and government entities seeking compliant, streamlined purchasing solutions.

Membership in TIPS is free and open to any qualifying public entity or nonprofit organization. Once a member, an organization can procure Everblue's technology solutions directly through the cooperative, accessing pre-vetted, competitively solicited pricing without running its own RFP.

"Procurement is usually where good technology projects stall, agencies know what they need but can't move fast enough to get it," said Jeff Haag, Director of Procurement at Everblue. "Having both an educational services contract and a dedicated technology contract through TIPS gives our public agency customers maximum flexibility to access the full range of Everblue's capabilities under a single, nationally compliant cooperative umbrella."

The contract is structured to support federally funded purchases, with Everblue certified as compliant with 2 CFR Part 200 requirements, making Everblue's technology solutions accessible to agencies utilizing federal grant funds.

With contracts now spanning both educational services and technology solutions, Everblue is positioned to serve public sector customers across its full range of software and program management capabilities, from credentialing and compliance tracking to online test delivery, reporting, and program administration.

Public entities interested in procuring Everblue's technology solutions through the TIPS cooperative contract may contact Jeff Haag at jeff@goeverblue.com or visit www.goeverblue.com.
