HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — June 30, 2026 — Arizona state agencies can now procure examination and testing services from Everblue through the state's statewide testing contract, effective July 1, 2026, without conducting their own competitive procurement. The cooperative vehicle gives agencies a streamlined path to licensing, certification and testing programs, with pricing and terms already in place.
Everblue, a veteran-owned provider of professional training, certification and program software, was selected as one of five awarded vendors on the contract, joining national testing organizations Pearson VUE, Prometric, PSI and HDmaster. The contract is administered by the Arizona Department of Administration State Procurement Office.
"Agencies shouldn't have to run a full procurement just to give their licensees a reliable way to test," said Jeff Haag, director of procurement at Everblue. "This contract removes that hurdle, and we're ready to help Arizona agencies get programs running quickly."
The award strengthens Everblue's growing portfolio of government partnerships. The company currently works with agencies in more than 25 states, delivering examination, licensing, certification and program management solutions. Everblue is also an approved vendor on the NASPO ValuePoint and TIPS cooperative contracts, giving government partners multiple streamlined procurement pathways.
