Huntersville, NC — June 18, 2026 — Everblue, a North Carolina-based professional credentialing and workforce development company, has been awarded a contract through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a nationally recognized government purchasing cooperative administered by Texas Region 8 Education Service Center.

The contract, effective October 2025, enables public entities and qualifying nonprofit organizations across all 50 states to access Everblue's professional training, certification and workforce education services without the time and expense of conducting an independent competitive procurement. TIPS cooperative contracts are widely used by school districts, state agencies, higher education institutions, and government entities seeking streamlined purchasing solutions.

Membership in TIPS is free and open to any qualifying public entity or nonprofit organization. Once a member, an organization can purchase Everblue's services directly through the cooperative, accessing pre-vetted, competitively solicited pricing without running its own RFP.

"Public agencies are under real pressure to move faster with fewer resources, and procurement is often where good projects stall," said Jeff Haag, director of procurement at Everblue. "This contract takes that barrier off the table. Agencies can access proven training and credentialing programs through a vehicle they already trust, and actually get the work done."

The five-year agreement covers Everblue's full catalog of academic and educational goods and services, with TIPS members eligible to receive discounted pricing. Everblue is committed to full compliance with federal procurement standards under 2 CFR Part 200, making the contract available for purchases involving federal grant funds.
