From the start, Everblue’s co-founders, Jon Boggiano and Chris Boggiano, have believed in the power of community-driven entrepreneurship.
Even before the Jay Hurt Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship opened, Jon and Chris were working to build a strong startup community in Davidson.
Supporting the Vision Behind the Hurt Hub
They played a key role in raising early financial support for the Hurt Hub and worked closely with partners to build momentum for the idea of a collaborative space where students, founders, and local professionals could connect.
Their commitment to strengthening the business community also led them to co-found LaunchCLT (formerly LaunchLKN), which has since grown into a thriving network of mentors, investors, and innovators.
Helping Shape the Region’s Startup Ecosystem
Over the years, we’ve seen firsthand how their early efforts helped the region evolve:
- Bringing visibility and resources to local startups
- Creating connections between Davidson’s liberal arts spirit and real-world entrepreneurship
- Bridging founders with mentors, capital, and support systems
- Helping transform the Hurt Hub into a vibrant, inclusive hub of innovation
A Lasting Impact on Innovation in Davidson
Today, the Hurt Hub is a great example of what collaboration and community vision can create. Jon and Chris were involved from the very first conversations, and we’re proud of their impact and grateful for the role they played in building this entrepreneurial community.
“Looking back, it’s amazing to see how the vision we started with has become a thriving hub for innovation. We’re proud to have played a role in creating a space that inspires and supports so many entrepreneurs in Davidson.”
— Jon Boggiano
