Introducing EverSafe: Built-In Online Proctoring
EverSafe was designed to improve exam security by recording video and audio during an examination attempt without burdening the candidate with a third-party installation or download.
“One of our primary goals with building EverSafe was to make it easier for users to access their online exams,” said Sid Bergstresser, Everblue’s chief technology officer. “With this built-in proctoring software, users can log into their test portal and simply start their exam, without having to take the extra steps of downloading a browser extension or fully downloading an application to their computer.”
The proprietary solution also reduces customer support issues. Instead of redirecting users to a third party, Everblue’s support team can quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues directly within the EverSafe system.
Flexible Proctoring Options for Every Client
Everblue currently partners with several third-party proctoring providers, including Proctorio, ProctorFree, and Examity, offering a range of solutions based on client needs such as real-time vs. AI-based proctoring, cost, and ease of use.
EverSafe is simply an additional option.
“We are basically a proctoring broker,” Bergstresser said. “Each client has different needs, and we want them to choose the solution that works best for them. Our goal is to provide flexibility while delivering a complete online test delivery service.”
Everblue has worked with state agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and startups to digitize certification and licensure exams. Its customizable platform can include payment collection, automated enrollment, LMS hosting, on-demand testing, proctoring, and reporting.
