NC Department of Agriculture's Upgraded System Now Includes Grading & Reporting.

We’ve launched Version 2.4 of the Registration Web App! Many of our state government clients use this self-service tool to allow test-takers to register, pay, and complete their certification and licensure exams online from home.

Continuing to Improve the Registration Experience

To best support our clients, we are constantly enhancing the platform with new functionality and features designed to improve both the administrator and test-taker experience.

Supporting NCDA&CS with Expanded Capabilities

The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) will benefit most from this latest release.

When we first launched their online testing portal in early 2021, NCDA&CS was able to collect exam payments online and instantly enroll candidates into their exams—an immediate improvement over manual processes.

As we continued working with additional government agencies, we identified opportunities to further enhance grading, reporting, and administrative flexibility.

New Features and Enhancements

This upgraded framework now allows NCDA&CS—and other clients—to:

  • Choose between raw score or percentage for quiz score output
  • Export percentage scores to CSV reports
  • Customize email subject fields
  • Incorporate customizations for enrollees on the order page
  • Automatically identify failed exams using state-designated scoring
  • Automatically assign new exam attempts when a retake is purchased

Driving Toward a Unified, Best-in-Class Platform
