Everblue RWA v2.5 Update Provides Standardized Onboarding & Launch.

We’ve launched Version 2.5 of the Registration Web App! This self-service tool allows test-takers to register, pay, and complete their certification and licensure exams online from home.

Standardizing the Registration Experience

This update focuses on standardizing the onboarding and launch process for all customers.

Previously, we maintained multiple versions of the Registration Web App, tailoring each deployment to match a customer’s specific needs. For example, some organizations used a basic version for simple payment and enrollment, while others required more advanced grading and reporting capabilities.

Moving to a Unified Platform

To deliver the best possible experience, we’ve transitioned to a single, state-of-the-art version of the Registration Web App for all customers—both existing and new.

This unified approach ensures that every organization has access to the same robust set of features and capabilities.

Expanded Features for All Customers

By consolidating our platform, all customers can now take advantage of enhanced functionality, including:

  • Choice between raw score or percentage for quiz results
  • Exporting percentage scores to CSV reports
  • Customizable email subject fields
  • Order page customizations for enrollees
  • Automatic identification of failed exams with state-designated scoring
  • Automatic assignment of new exam attempts when a retake is purchased

Continuous Improvement Moving Forward

Going forward, all customers will be transitioned to the latest version of the platform as updates are released—ensuring access to new features and improvements as they become available.
