We’ve launched Version 2.6 of the Registration Web App! This self-service tool allows test-takers to register, pay, and complete their certification and licensure exams online—from the comfort of home.
What’s New in Version 2.6
This release introduces several new features designed to improve usability and give administrators more control:
- Navigation Bar – Enhanced UX/UI allows administrators to easily move between pages without manually entering URLs
- Enrollees View – Administrators can view all enrollments within a credential and manage user attempts, including invalidating or adding attempts
- Flexible Enrollment Periods – Administrators can now define enrollment windows based on order creation date or completion date
Enhancements and Improvements
In addition to new features, Version 2.6 includes several updates that improve clarity and streamline the user experience:
- Help Text on Course Management View – Clarifies that the Customer Provided Identifier (CPI) is optional
- Root Domain Guidance – Provides instructions for test-takers who must first purchase exams through an external agency website
- “Discount Code” Terminology – Replaces “Voucher” to better distinguish between discounts and vouchers
- If/Then Logic for Time Overrides – Ensures that users with extended time accommodations are not assigned duplicate attempts
- “Save” Button on Course Management Page – Confirms user actions and improves navigation through the registration process
