We've launched Version 2.7 of the Registration Web App! This self-service tool allows test-takers to register, pay, and complete their certification and licensure exams online from home.
New Features in Version 2.7
This release includes the following new capabilities:
- Customized Email Notifications – Administrators can now tailor notifications for registration, enrollment, pass, and fail events
- Post-Exam Notifications – Candidates receive updates on whether their exam attempt has been approved by a proctor
- Exam Fee Breakdown – Transparent cost breakdown displayed during checkout
Enhancements to Improve User Experience and Security
This release also includes several updates and improvements:
- Improved Registration Experience – More intuitive search functionality, including the ability to press Enter instead of clicking “Search”
- Identity Verification via SMS – One-time passwords can now be delivered via text message as an alternative to traditional authentication methods
- Clearer Discount and Refund Messaging – Improved clarity for candidates during the purchase process
- Office Staff Purchasing on Behalf of Candidates – Enhanced workflow to separate purchaser and test-taker information and ensure receipts go to the correct party
