December 18 2025 — Charlotte, NC — Everblue, a leading provider of digital testing and certification management solutions, is pleased to announce a new contract with the State of Vermont’s Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets (VAAFM) to deliver a fully hosted, web-based, contractor-supported proctored online examination system for pesticide applicators and dealers.
Through this partnership, Everblue will initially administer eight pesticide certification exams on its secure online platform, offering candidates a modern, accessible and reliable way to complete required testing. More exams will be added over time. The solution allows individuals to register and take exams at any time of day, any day of the week. This is a significant advancement in convenience and flexibility for Vermont’s professionals.
Everblue will manage key components of VAAFM’s examination process, including exam publishing, delivery, proctoring and results reporting. This end-to-end support ensures consistent, accurate and secure testing experiences while upholding the integrity of Vermont’s pesticide certification program.
