The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has partnered with Everblue, an innovative educational technology firm, to administer and proctor virtual exams as part of its semi-annual promotion process.

Transitioning to Secure, Virtual Promotion Exams
Even prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, NCUA recognized that online testing offered a more efficient, convenient, and cost-effective solution. In early 2020, the agency partnered with Everblue to deliver and manage its virtual exam process.
